Human Milk:
15mL sample is $1000
5mL sample is $500
1mL sample is $300
Stool and blood samples (whole blood):
$300 per sample
Skin, saliva, buccal, environmental, Dried Blood Spot (DBS):
$200 per sample
Meta Data:
Data prep fee per hour $250 – minimum $1000
Additional Fees/ Requirements:
$100 shipping materials/dry ice fee
Recipient provides there FedEx shipping account number for the shipping fees.
